The Lincoln Adventure centre is on Thorpe Lane, South Hykeham, just off the A46 between Lincoln and Newark.
We are 10 minutes from the A1 at Newark and easily reached from all locations in the Midlands.
We are open 7 days a week from 10 am until dusk during the Summer season (Easter to October) and at various times during the Winter season (November to March) depending on weather and courses (call for details)
We take a lot of school bookings Monday to Friday so it is worth a call to check availability during the week.
Every weekend we have lots of people come down to play on the canoes, sit on tops and pedalos which can be booked by calling us on 01522 697527.
PAY N PLAY activities such as canoe, sit on top and pedalo hire is just £10 per boat for 30 minutes.
You may prefer to take our induction session (£15) so you can rent a kayak or canoe and just go paddle!
A full range of British Canoe Union kayak and canoe courses are available starting with the BCU 1 star test for £49 (adult) and £25 (child).
We have a selection of multi activity courses for schools and youth groups starting at just £5 per child per activity for groups of 16 or more where you can choose from kayaking, canoeing, raft building, sit on tops, pedalos, archery, fun orienteering and junior teambuilding.
The centre serves as a main base from which to deploy on the many courses we run in Derbyshire and France and as a training base for all our British Canoe Union instructor training and assessment courses.
All our overseas adventure trips and Summer Active programme depart from here and our extensive stores are on site so we can deploy at short notice if required.
On site we have an extensive range of British Canoe Union courses in kayaking & canoeing and archery, raft building & teambuilding exercises.
Planned FOR 2008 - New lake side building to include cafe, shop, meeting room and changing facilities, jet ski, climbing wall, artificial caving complex and junior quad bikes!
